This international event brings together global mobile operators, telecom equipment manufacturers, and research institutions to validate and showcase innovative Open RAN solutions.
During the PlugFest, Innowireless successfully conducted End-to-End (E2E) validation tests using its Open RAN measurement solution, AEGIS-O. LG U+ established a commercial Open RAN network on the campus of Kumoh National Institute of Technology, marking a key milestone in Open RAN deployment.
The Open RAN network delivers performance on par with traditional 5G networks, ensuring seamless service for users on campus. This achievement highlights the potential of Open RAN to meet the demands of modern connectivity.
