Innowireless and Sierra Base Collaborate on Global Safety Inspection Market Entry with 'SIRIUS'
Innowireless, the parent company of Accuver, and Sierra Base signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the 27th at Innowireless' headquarters in Bundang, Gyeonggi Province. The MOU focuses on "Intelligent Drone-Based Global Safety Inspection and Mobile Communication Measurement Innovation Cooperation."
The two companies will jointly develop innovative mobile communication measurement technologies. Additionally, they plan to leverage Innowireless's overseas network to promote Sierra Base's facility and building safety inspection solution, 'SIRIUS,' in the global market.
The first target for global market entry is Japan, where the safety inspection market is on the rise.
In June, Sierra Base showcased its drone products, including SIRIUS, at the 'COMNEXT' exhibition in Tokyo, where they were displayed at the booth of Accuver Japan, to gauge the Japanese market's response.
Kim Song-hyun, CEO of Sierra Base, stated, "We aim to supply Sierra Base's unique safety inspection solutions to the global market through our collaboration with Innowireless, a world-leading communication equipment company."
Kwak Young-soo, CEO of Innowireless, added, "We plan to create synergies by integrating Sierra Base's core technologies, including 3D mapping, into Innowireless' wireless communication business and our future endeavors in the transportation sector."
