This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the privacy practices applicable to Accuver (“we” or “our” or “us”), including our website at www.accuver.com and other sites that are under our control if we post the Policy to the site (collectively, “Sites”).

We collect and receive Personal Information, as defined below, and other information from a variety of sources and in a variety of ways, including those listed below. For example, you may provide Personal Information by sending us an email or downloading a brochure. Please note that our website is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly obtain Personal Information from such individuals.

We, or the group entity that references to this Policy, may collect your Personal Information as an individual for various purposes, such as

The data is transferred which secure an adequate data protection level in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and other relevant privacy regulations. You have the right to withdraw your consent by contacting us at the email to privacy@accuver.com . Your consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending an email with the subject “Unsubscribe” to aforementioned email address.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may, from time to time, make changes to this Policy. We recommend that users of this site re-visit this Policy on occasion to learn of new privacy practices or changes to our policy.
